Guest Acknowledgement of the Hotel Safety Protocols
- Check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 12:00. extensions will be done only in on availability and room charges may vary.
- Hotel has no parking, street parking are available -Valet parking: AED 27 per day (price may vary). Please provide car keys to reception/ Concierge after remove any valuable item from the car before handing over the car key.
- Use the in-room Safe Box for valuables. The hotel is not liable for valuable items left outside the safe
- Windows should not be widely open and balcony doors must remain closed as per UAE rules and regulations.

All guests including visitors must provide valid identification (PHYSICAL ID OR passport) at the reception.
The maximum number of visitors allowed: 2 persons for a 1-bedroom, 3 persons for a 2-bedroom. Visitors can stay for up to 3 hours, as per security regulations - Join us in our sustainability efforts by reusing linens and minimizing electricity and water waste. Towels are changed every one day and linens are changed every two/three days upon request.

- Cleaning service is between 09:00am to 18:00 pm. If you prefer NOT to receive in-room servicing (room cleaning), please display DND notice at your door.
- The hotel requires 100 AED as security deposit upon check-in and it will be utilized for any damages occurred during your stay.
- Lost and found policy: All perishable (food) items will be discarded immediately. Any medicines will be kept for 24 hours and then discarded. All other items will be kept for a maximum of one week before being discarded.
- No heavy Electronics items are allowed in the room. If you have any questions or require further clarification, our Engineering Team will be happy to assist you directly
- No scooters/ bicycles are allowed inside the building due to safety reasons.
- Event/ Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited on the property to ensure the comfort of all guests. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Pets are strictly not allowed on the premises. If a pet is found, the guest will be required to check out immediately without any refund.
- We wish you a pleasant stay, expect your cooperation to follow all our safety protocols and/or any additional implementation by the UAE concerned authority.
